Toile Armoire

I painted this for a client. She wanted an heirloom piece for her oldest daughter.

I included the house where she was born, siblings/pets, shopping with grandmother, and soccer.

I think it's a piece she can grow with. Toile is a great NEUTRAL. You can always have toile!
I think most of the time I steer towards items that are very personal to the client. I like to include their likes, hobbies, favorite flowers, family.

This is soooo pretty! What a cool thing to do the toile like that. I bet she loved it. How cute are you?

Love it and am an artist that feels personalization makes it all the more special!
I did a similar mural for a little boy.
Love your style!

Hi Hazel, Thanks for visiting my blog. I don't really know what I'm doing yet. I LOVE this chest you painted! So much work! I just painted a kids outdoor furniture set for an auction. Is that your bunny you painted? We had a bunny like that until recently. She was my daughter's pet. Your beads are great, too! Have a great day! Kelly
